I previewed this home yesterday, and we really should be able to complete all the work in less than the whole day. Mrs. Farrow is a really sweet lady, and she has lived in this home for 38 years!

IMPORTANT! Help needed:
I do need help with a few things in the days prior to Saturday. I will be going by to kill wasps and take out the ant beds later this week, and I will also be matching up the exterior paint. Does anyone have a power washer? If you do, please let me know. Would you be able and willing to go by the home between now and next Saturday to power wash the trim and awnings? I can meet you and help. Also, does anyone have plumbing experience? We have to replace the knobs to her shower, and if no one has plumbing experience, then HWs is going to send out a plumber.

Other important dates that I need help with:

We need someone with a truck and/or trailer to help with these preparation dates:

Thursday, Oct. 9, 5:30pm
Load tools and equipment at the Home Works warehouse
2812 William Tuller Dr. (off S. Edisto near Owens Airport)

Friday, Oct. 10, 5:30pm
Shop for materials at Home Depot on Harbison Blvd.

It would be great if a few of you could meet at these locations to help. Please let me know if you can be there.
